Yes. Each order is associated with its own shipping address, so to accomplish this you simply have to make multiple orders of the same product and give each order its own shipping address.
A lot! Our software allows you to place custom images in custom layouts, including rotation, collage, page spans, and more. You can also do backgrounds, faded backgrounds, custom text, and custom borders. You're only limited by your imagination.
Yes, you may use any language or font currently available on your system.
Images are best printed at 300 dpi (dots per inch). For example, a 4 x 6 inch printed image should have
resolution of 1200 pixels high by 1800 pixels wide (portrait orientation). The software
will warn you if your image is too low resolution.
Keep in mind that a picture shot at a lower than optimum resolution and afterwards
'blown up' will be pixelated and low quality. Please shoot the pictures at 300 dpi or better.
No. The software will take care of downsizing images over 300 dpi.
Open your previously saved calendar. Go to the file menu and choose save as. Select a different name for your calendar and save it. Then go to the personalize menu and choose "Calendar and Holidays" Change the start year and month.
There is a shortcut in your start menu that says "Check for updates." It will update your software to the newest version automatically.
When you drag a photo onto a page, choose "single page background" or "two-page spread background." This works for both the book and card software and is the only way to be sure the photo completely fills the page.
A network or connection error in the software can me a couple of different things. Try these solutions in order:
